Strength & Conditioning

Who We Are

The RPI Strength & Conditioning program provides individualized programming for all 23 varsity sports programs. The strength and conditioning staff makes sure that all areas of performance enhancement and injury reduction are covered, and that training results in a well-balanced student-athlete.

 

What We Are Raising Money For

Fundraising this season will be used to purchase Push Bands. The Push Band counts your sets and reps, and measures power and velocity while you work out. It even recommends changes for your next set. This would be a great benefit to our student-athletes' training routines.

You have an opportunity to directly contribute to our team. Your tax-deductible gift will be allocated directly to Strength & Conditioning. Thank you for your support of our student-athletes.

 

Eric Ren '94 Student-Athlete Challenge

Through the generosity of Eric Ren '94 and his wife, Bridget Milot Ren, any current student-athlete donation (up to 250 students) of $5 or more will be matched with $10 towards the team's goal. Also, the top 5 teams with the highest percentage of student-athlete and coaching staff donors will win an extra $500 toward their goal.
