Class of 2018: Student Relief Fund
Students Supporting Students
“If not us, who? If not now, when?” -- Ronald Reagan (quote on class tree)
Impact of Your Gift
The Class of 2018 has chosen to supplement the Student Relief Fund initiated by the Class of 2017 as their Class Gift. This fund is intended to support current undergraduate students whose financial situation has abruptly changed in a manner which may impede their continued enrollment at RPI. Your contribution to our Class Gift will go toward supporting students in monetary distress. While this gift does not directly affect the community as a whole, it has the potential to make or break a student’s professional career by allowing them to maintain continuity in their curriculum.
Why Support This Project?
Financial hiccups at home can be extremely taxing to deal with when simultaneously attending university full-time. Having this relief fund would greatly ease the burden on a student whose circumstances may be out of his or her control.
Other Information
Patroon Donors will be invited to the Class of 2018’s “50 Days to Graduation Celebration” and have their name listed on the class gift plaque.
