RPI Men's Soccer is currently the #7 ranked team in the country and a highly competitive Division III program striving to win a National Championship. This past fall we advanced to the Elite 8 for the first time in program history. We have reached the post season in 13 of the last 18 seasons. Our program won the Liberty League Tournament in 2012 and the regular season titles in '09, '12 and '19. RPI Soccer has made 9 NCAA Tournament appearances in its history -- '69, '96, '97, '98, '08, '09, '12, '15, and '19. We have also won two ECAC Championships in 2005 and 2007. Our team excels in the classroom with more than a 3.0 GPA every semester but one since 2004, and this fall we earned a 3.1 GPA. We are proud of the teams we have coached and the successful people we have graduated.
This year's need is a GPS tracking system that we can use with our players during practices and conditioning. This system will allow us to optimize our practice and workout times so that each of our players will get the most out of the time they spend on the field. This would be a big step to help us continue to be one of the top programs in the Liberty League, regionally, and nationally!
You have an opportunity to directly contribute to our team. Your tax-deductible gift will be allocated directly to Men's Soccer. Thank you for your consideration in supporting student-athletes. With your help, we will continue to excel on and off the field.
Through the generosity of Eric Ren '94 and his wife, Bridget Milot Ren, any current student-athlete donation (up to 250 students) of $5 or more will be matched with $10 towards the team's goal. Also, the top 5 teams with the highest percentage of student-athlete and coaching staff donors will win an extra $500 toward their goal.
