Campaign Update
In October 2025, members of our SWE Executive Board traveled to New Orleans to attend WE25, the world’s largest conference for women and allies in engineering and technology. This experience offered powerful professional development, technical learning, and direct connections with more than 300 companies at the career fair. Our students returned to campus inspired, confident, and eager to lead.
Bella, our President, shared that she left the conference with “gratitude, pride, and love” for this organization and its impact. She reflected on the importance of self-empowerment and the strength that comes from seeing women support one another in engineering. The stories, sessions, and mentorship offered at WE25 will influence her leadership and the experiences of our entire section in the year ahead.
This is exactly what our 50th Anniversary Campaign is about.

For individuals OR corporations. At the Silver level, you'll receive all Bronze benefits, plus your company’s logo will be printed on our annual conference apparel. You'll also be invited to send one representative to our premier networking events — Evening with Industry and Night of Networking — and be recognized in emails distributed to all RPI SWE members.

For individuals OR corporations. As a Gold Sponsor, you’ll enjoy all the benefits of the Silver tier, with the added opportunity to send up to two representatives to our flagship networking events. Your company will also receive prominent recognition on event signage and materials, along with priority scheduling for event collaborations with our section.

For individuals OR corporations. Platinum Sponsors receive the highest level of visibility and engagement. This includes all Gold-level benefits, the opportunity to send up to four representatives to networking events, and a guaranteed slot to host a professional development session for our members — whether an info session, panel, or interactive workshop. Your logo will be featured prominently across all RPI SWE communications, online presence, and outreach materials, and you’ll have access to custom engagement opportunities with our leadership team.
