RPI Women’s Hockey team is made up of 24 committed student athletes who compete in the ECAC. We have a proud history and tradition going back over 40 years. Despite much adversity this season, our players' work ethic, commitment, and pride in our program has only grown. Bright things are on the horizon as we continue to strive to get better every day and work hard to become a top team in our conference. Our goal is to raise our program’s first ECAC Championship banner and we need your help!
Next season we will have will have 18 freshmen and sophomores, making us one of the youngest teams in college hockey. We are looking to raise money for an overnight team retreat to Lake Placid in the preseason next year. The retreat will include a mini training camp with our first official practice at the historic 1980 Rink. Donations will go directly to subsidize the travel costs, ice time, and various team building activities. Please help us give our student athletes a great team bonding experience to kick off our 2020-21 season!
You have an opportunity to directly contribute to our team. Your tax-deductible gift will be allocated directly to Women's Ice Hockey. Thank you for your consideration in supporting student-athletes. With your help, we will continue to excel on and off the ice.
Through the generosity of Eric Ren '94 and his wife, Bridget Milot Ren, any current student-athlete donation (up to 250 students) of $5 or more will be matched with $10 towards the team's goal. Also, the top 5 teams with the highest percentage of student-athlete and coaching staff donors will win an extra $500 toward their goal.
