What You're Supporting
During the COVID-19 pandemic, many RPI students missed out on the opportunity to attend American Nuclear Society conferences. As a part of the Student Nuclear Advancement Group’s effort to revive the nuclear community at RPI, we are raising money to help send as many students as possible to American Nuclear Society (ANS) and Women in Nuclear (WIN) conferences, such as the Student Conferences, Annual Meetings, and Technology Expos.
Attending ANS and WIN conferences are the best ways to keep up with the ever-changing field of nuclear science and engineering. A donation to this project allows a rising nuclear engineering student to have a voice in the field and to connect with industry professionals.
We need to raise $5,000 in order to send at least 15 students to the American Nuclear Society Student Conference in April 2023.
