Who We Are

The RPI Men's Lacrosse team is striving to develop excellence in the classroom, on the field, and in the community. Last year we had the most-ever Liberty League All-Academic Team honorees (18), spent 13-straight weeks in the USILA Poll, reaching as high as 15th in the country and completed over 525 hours of community service. As we relentlessly pursue comprehensive excellence and our ultimate goal of winning a national championship, we ask and thank you for your continued support.

What We Are Raising Money For

In sports the locker room is a sacred space. Bonds are formed, film is studied, and laughs are had. The highs of great successes are celebrated and disappointments of defeat lived out. So many great memories are created in our locker room. Many have said that championships are won in the locker room first. This is why we are asking for your help to enhance our locker room.

We are asking for your support to help purchase a 75-inch Ultra High Definition TV, stools for each of our players, branding, and a refueling station. The TV will be used for quick film sessions before practice to show them the images of what we need to work on right before we go out to practice. It will also allow us to show the team film clips at halftime of games so we can make better adjustments. The stools will also make for a better viewing experience. Our team takes great pride in representing RPI and we would like to brand the space accordingly, as well as being able to be constantly reminded of our core values and inspired by quotes on the walls. Lastly, we would like to add a refueling station with healthy snacks and protein drinks for after practices and lifts. All of the research shows that being able to consume nutritious food directly after training has a major impact on long-term recovery and performance. This will also greatly help for times when many of our young men are running to class or study-sessions immediately after training. Please try to support this group of hard-working Engineers.

Eric Ren '94 Student-Athlete Challenge

Through the generosity of Eric Ren '94 and his wife, Bridget Milot Ren, any current student-athlete donation (up to 250 students) of $5 or more will be matched with $10 towards the team's goal. Also, the top 5 teams with the highest percentage of student-athlete and coaching staff donors will win an extra $500 toward their goal.
